Coach, Undergraduate Student Assistant Form
Pursuant to NCAA rules, as an undergraduate student assistant coach, I understand that I must
meet the following criteria:

I am a student-athlete who has exhausted his or her eligibility in the sport or has become
injured to the point that I am unable to practice or compete ever again;

I am enrolled at the institution at which I most recently participated in intercollegiate
athletics;

I am enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in my first baccalaureate degree
program (see Bylaw14.1.8.2), except that during my final semester or quarter of the
baccalaureate degree program, I may be enrolled in less than a full-time degree program of
studies, provided I am carrying (for credit) the courses necessary to complete the degree
requirements;

I am receiving no compensation or remuneration from the institution other than the
financial aid that could be received as a student-athlete and expenses incurred on road trips
that are received by individual team members; and

I am not involved in contacting and evaluating prospective student-athletes off
campus or scouting opponents off campus and does not perform recruiting
coordination functions.
Pursuant to NCAA rules, I also understand that it is permissible to receive the following benefits:
Compensation or Remuneration
 Not more than full grant-in-aid based on actual resident status
 May receive camp compensation from athletics department
 May receive camp compensation from source other than athletics department
 Employment outside athletics department arranged by institution
 May receive compensation from institution for duties actually performed
outside athletics department, from source outside of athletics department
Benefits
 Complimentary-ticket limit: 4 admissions, not hard tickets
Expenses—Reimbursable (Room, Board, and Transportation)
 Parking expenses associated with practice and competition (only associated
with away-from-home practice and competition)
