Participants age:18-25 age / no age limit for group leader
Each country: 4 participant + 1group leader, total 5 participants
Participants: Turkey, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Italy, Macedonia, Romania and Georgia
There will be 35 participants from 7 countries.
Project Details;
Project aims to help young people from all around Europe to develop leadership and teamwork skills,
personal and social responsibility, English language ability, and cross-cultural awareness and respect.
The participating countries with our ideas and culture of the shares and each of the country's young
generation's education levels, social status to be done and the timing of the diversions on or wrong
evaluated to be taken. Group work, simulations, and other cultural interactions with intercultural learning
is the way to go. In the project, there will be a photo shoot. We sports activities, cultural night,
communications, will build on study about the art of photography. Each participant '' photo camera''
should bring. because, we will build exhibition.
Project Objectives:
To learn the art of photography and it is also a socialization program, to represent all the peace between
the countries in the world, ensure that the participants learn the art of photography, cause young peoples
to discover the differences between cultures, to ensure that young people develop themselves, ensure that
young people take responsibility, to gain a new friendship and friendships, promote our participants to help
the ortodontin and implementation of EU projects, turn our partners into a young active entrepreneur,
to contribute to social development of Southeast of Turkey.To ensure communication between young
people, Entertaining and instructive work to do.
Project Activities;
-Plans for cultural development, Group studies and seminars will be held,
-On certain days, will Plans for photography. held cultural excursions.
-Photographs taken by participants will be exhibited,
-Development of socio-culturel talk between the countries. established cultural dialogue.
-will be sports activities,
-Information on EU citizenship will be given ,
-the Municipality of Gaziantep and gifsad will be visited..Methodology
- Gaziantep trip will be .
Financial:
Accommodation and food costs are covered %100 by the hosting organization as well as the 70%
of travel expenses.
We will buy participants flight tickets, so we will pay %70 of the travel cost, participants will pay
%30 of the travel cost during the Project in cash in Euro.
When you confirm flight ticket we buy tickets and send you electronic ticket.
We will pay % 70 of your local bus or train tickets. In addition we won’t pay your taxi, gas,
benzin invoices.
ACTION 3.1a YOUTH EXCHANGE PROJECT
NOTE:
* The Project will be carried out in Gaziantep .You will share you room 3 person, Breakfast - Lunch and
Dinner we will eat at hotel.
* We will provide you during the activities internet, too.
* Please if you have notebook (laptop), Tablet PC…etc please bring it for use on project.
* We will take you from the airport. Please do not have any hesitation on this matter.
* As you know, there will be a intercultural night. We advise you take with you something special to your
country and city, such as traditional clothes, foods or drinks.
* Dear Friends we will implement official visits during the project. If you want you can bring some specific
things of your countries as a gift.
* As you know and depending on the decision taken by European Commission all the expenses for foods
and hosting will be paid by us, and your travel costs’ 70% will be reimbursed with EU grant.
* You will pay %30 of travel cost in cash at the beginning of the programme.
* All of the participants must bring their boarding cards, bus tickets, train tickets and such like papers
completely and orderly to make easy the payback.
* Project working language will be English, for communications please prefer the people competent in
English
* Don’t forget to prepare introduction of your organization, Make a short movie / picture slide show about
your organization. (It should not be the official video from your organization; it has to be created by you)
Activity beginning – Activity Finish And Tickets










•Activities will start 23 March 2014, afternoon at 17: 00 pm (Participants have to arrive Hotel
before 17.00 pm)
•Activities will finished 30 March 2014 at 13.00 pm (Participants have to departure from Hotel
after 13.00 pm)
First day 23 march 2014, before dinner and last day 30 March 2014, after breakfast we have
activity so you should make your plan according to activities time table
Corresponding submission of travel tickets, refunds will be made during the main project
activities time. All boarding cards, invoice, and electronic ticket must be present to us in hard
copy. only buses, trains, flight costs are paid.
