Personal Development Planning Students will be expected to take personal responsibility for learning and continued professional development. The personal skills expected to be developed are; communication and presentational; numeracy and CIT; interactive and group; problem solving; ability to plan and manage learning. A reflective journal will be used to monitor progress and analyse performance over a specific period.
