Job and Responsibility:- Data collection from industries to solve a problem or or to build a
new Automation system instead of the previous one.
- Studying a system in the company, Data analysis and searching for
a way to solve a problem or build a new project.
- A basic training of plc programming
- A basic training on instruments and systems in industry
II) Company: Dangote cement Industries as Instrumentation Engineer in
Ethiopia starting from the Month of February 1st, 2014 (more than one year).
- Working on field instruments and there calibration
- Supervising the team working in instrumentation area
- Taking a training about the electrical and instrumentation
engineering concepts, Systems in the company, Instruments,
motors, process flow, Plc and DCS Programming and other related
aspects.
- Working with Transmitters from ENDRESS+HOUSER such as
flow, level, differential pressure, pressure, temperature and other
related instruments.
- Handling Internet, computer and UPS related issue around the
office and electrical rooms.
- Supervising quality of cable connection and instrument location.
