5 PROPOSED PLAN OF WORK
5.1 The Candidate must attach the proposed plan of work, clearly marked with his/her name and the title of the
proposed research.
It must encompass the following sections:
1. Aims of the investigation
2. Background with cross referencing to a list of references and theoretical framework where appropriate.
3. Methodology
4. Development from Research Masters to PhD stage (if applicable)
5. Proposed timescale indicating time to be spent on various activities involved in the research.
6. Ethical issues and approval.
7. The proposal must not exceed three sides of A4
