Royal Scrap Club Fall Retreat
Make-and-takes, Pajama Jams, and Workshops
Each workshop will be up to1 hour and the instruction will be reasonably paced. The workshops are suitable for
beginners, intermediates, and advanced scrapbookers and card makers. Workshops fees must be paid with your
registration. However, some workshops offer same day registration. Workshops with less than 4 participants
will be canceled and workshop fee refunded by mail after the retreat has ended. Please allow 5-10 days to
receive your workshop refund.
WORKSHOPS
Short and Sweet Charms with Sharon; 50 minute session
Every paper crafter needs her own scrappy “bling-bling”. Join Sharon for Short and Sweet Charms. Each
participant will make their own charm bracelets. $15.00 per person
Just For You Cards and Notes; 50 minute session
Nothing says “I’m thinking of you” or “I love you” like a handmade card. We will create 6 specialty cards with
matching envelopes during this 50 minute session. Participants will receive additional blank cards and
envelopes as a bonus. $15.00 per person
I Can Alter that!; Embellished Clipboards; two 1 hour Sessions
If you are like me, you are very task and note oriented and basic brown does not work for you. During this
session, we will embellish clipboards in 2 sizes for you to use for notes and list. Clipboards, Modge Podge,
paper and embellishments included. You may also use your personal paper and embellishments to create
according to your taste. $15.00 per person
Pajama Jams; 1-3 hours
Join us for our PJ Jams! PJ Jams consist of silly photo shoots in Pajamas, Make and Takes, Charms, Chocolate
& Caffeine, Scavenger Hunt, door prizes. PJ Jams! Are 10 pm -1 am Friday and Saturday night.
Vendor, Scrappy Stash Donation
In addition to having independent consultants and vendors like the RSC Boutique, Stampin Up!, Club Scrap,
Scarlet’s Scrappers mobile store, and thirty-one; participants are encouraged to purge their personal stash and
donated new or gently used scrapbooking items. Scrapbooking items will be donated to 50 Forward Madison
for the seniors to use.

PAYMENT WORKSHEET AND TERMS
Registration opens April 1, 2015. A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration. Last day to
register is September 1, 2015. The balance; including ALL workshop fees, are due by September 1, 2015. There
will be no retreat refunds given after August 15, 2015. There are no refunds for no shows. Email or snail mail

Dear Scrappy Sister,
Thank you so very much for coming to our retreat. It means so much to me that you are joining me
and the sisters of Royal Scrap Club Nashville; Chapter of Delta Phi Scrappa. We don’t take it lightly
that you are choosing to spend the weekend with us and other passionate scrappers. Much prayer and
planning has gone into making the weekend special and memorable. We hope that the fellowship,
activities, facilities and meals will meet your expectations. I’m not above helpful comments and
suggestions; so please feel free to email or call me.
In addition to having independent consultants on site, you will also be able to donate paper and
embellishments from your personal stash and even conduct swaps. Items donated will be given to 50
Forward Madison. In all, we plan to have a great time.
I thank God for the opportunity he has given me to promote sisterhood and fellowship through
paper crafting. I hope you know that you are an answer to a prayer. The sisters of RSC-DPS are more
than pretty paper and pictures; we are a sisterhood and we WELCOME YOU to our 2015 Royal Scrap
Club Fall Crop and Retreat.
