This course aims to provide an informative and practical introduction to digital photography for amateurs and complete beginners. The tutors will teach learners to locate and apply the creative settings available on their camera equipment and integrate them to creating better photographs. We will also experiment with basic photo editing and production and using photography for wellbeing and mindfulness. Learners will require some form of digital camera, whether it's a DSLR camera, compact digital camera or a camera phone. We will use different materials such as paper, t-shirts, teatowels and re-cycled textiles to print onto. Printmaking promotes relaxation and well-being by working with colour, allowing you to express creativity and simply by enjoying the process. Come along and make your mark!
