These competitive grants are based on academic achievement, a personal essay, a recommendation from a faculty mentor who will supervise the student’s research and future academic promise. Eligible to all seniors. Must contact the Marine Recruiter to start the process. Details: -$180,000 towards a four year program at any college that offers an NROTC Program (there are two in Washington State) 4 years of paid college followed by a 5 year military commitment as a Commissioned Officer in either the Marine Corps or the Navy -Scholarship covers tuition as well as book fees, lab fees, room and board, NROTC clothing allowance and much more. As an organization we are proud to award a $1,000 scholarship to a college student who best represents a true leader in sports and life.
