2013 to current Captain of Coxes (2014-15) & Coxswain at St Anne’s Boat Club, Oxford.
● Organising coxswains for every outing, ensuring they are properly equipped, know who they are coxing,
liaising between the men’s and women’s captains to achieve this.
● Responsible for the safety of the crew, boat and other boats while on the water.
● Excellent at knowing how to get the best out of a crew in the race to realise their potential. Winning races.
2012 to 2014 Non-Executive committee member for the British Land Speedsail Association (governing body of

● The ‘voice of youth’ on the BLSA committee; youth ambassador engaging with young people to
encourage them into the sport.
● Participating in influential decisions on a national and international level, representing the BLSA
committee at international events and liaising with clubs & governing bodies worldwide.
● 2013/14: Content creator and moderator of the BLSA’s social media pages and website.
● Helped organise and support the 2013 European Open and British Blokart Championships, tasked with
youth involvement, contacting youth organisations for assistance with marshalling and first aid duties (St
John’s Ambulance & Air Cadets).

● Collated geochemical data from worldwide sources to create IGI’s database products.
● p:IGI user: Input of data into p:IGI, merging datasets together, interpretation using p:IGI functions.
● Created references for all IGI’s projects to date within IGI’s intranet library.
● Introduction to Genesis basin modelling software.
Summer 2012 Volunteer surf coach, AberAdventures Surf School, Wales.
● Responsible for continual visual risk assessments of ever changing beach and water conditions.
● Responsible for client greeting and enrolment.
● Observation of safety briefs and demonstration of a thorough knowledge of hazard perception and safety
protocol.
