 Developed Peer Helper Program, tracking system and follow-up system for students on academic probation, and
Community Service activities for participants.
 Managed $185,000 Federal Grant Budget, wrote proposals and submitted Annual Reports as necessary to the U.S.
Department of Education. Awarded top grant, nationally, out of over 1,000 proposals (April 1993). Awarded
almost $2.4 million in grant monies over 6 years.
 Awarded Microsoft Partnership with Education Grant that included the entire Microsoft catalogue of CD-ROM
products.
 Supervised Counselor Interns, and all office professional and support staff as a cooperative team, dedicated to
quality service to students.
 Served as Ex-officio member of SSSP Advisory Board. Served on Disabled Student Services Advisory Committee,

process. Coordinated all career services including the use of SIGI Plus.
 Developed and implemented Peer Counseling and pilot Mentorship programs.
