Contestant Performance Release Form
By entering the MISS UTOPIA Pageant, I, _________________________, agree should I be
(legal/given name above)
selected as the Official MISS UTOPIA, I will be obligated to conform to the standards of acceptance ( to be determined by
Vanessa Gabrielle Enterprises, LLC or Carlos Davis or MISS UTOPIA Pageant) for personal bookings whether it to be to
perform, entertain, emcee, or otherwise appear at any show, contest, benefit, function, parade, or gathering. Any and all said
performances and appearances will be approved in advance through the executive office of Vanessa Gabrielle Enterprises,
LLC or Carlos Davis or MISS UTOPIA Pageant. I also agree that I will not surgically remove my male genitalia before or
during my reign. Failure to comply with these rules will be cause for immediate forfeiture of the crown, title of MISS
UTOPIA, and all prize money awarded (un-disbursed or disbursed) and appearance stream as the official MISS UTOPIA.
Futhermore, MISS UTOPIA agrees to appear at the next MISS UTOPIA Pageant, WITHOUT COMPENSATION, other
than the remainder of the prize package due to MISS UTOPIA. I understand that I will be responsible for the prompt
payment of all other expenses at the time they are incurred. Vanessa Gabrielle Enterprises, LLC, Carlos Davis, or MISS
UTOPIA will furnish a contract and job description for my employment during my reign as MISS UTOPIA.
