Workshop Instructor Teaching Contract

Producer:
Astryd Farah deMichele (hereafter referred to as “Instructor”) agrees to teach three two-hour workshops
at the ______________________________________________________ Event for the above Producer,
held on_____________________________________________________________________, 20_____
as follows:
Egyptian Dance Technique
Combos and Modern Oriental
Hot Pop Choreography
Saturday, _________________________, 11 am – 1 pm
Saturday, _________________________, 2 pm – 4 pm and
Sunday, __________________________, 12 pm – 2 pm
Workshops and event will be held at _________________________________________, located at
_________________________________________________________________________________.
Instructor agrees to provide all content and any handouts needed for classes.
Instructor will be given a table vending space (tables are 3’x 8’) at the event.
Producer agrees to pay Instructor:

Additionally, producer will provide room and board accommodations at the
____________________________________________________________________________, located at
_________________________________________________________________________________, and
compensation for travel expenses. (Flights will be booked by producer or fees reimbursed to Instructor
based on receipt presented to producer for the arranged flight).
Payment is to be made at the end of the workshop (or before the Instructor leaves town), by cash or check,
from the Producer or one of her/his agents.
Producer will promote and advertise workshops and the __________________________________Event.
Promotional flyers and post cards will be sent to Instructor to advertise the event, and Producer will be
provided photos and verbiage from Astryd Farah deMichele for those items.

Instructor agrees to hold ___________________________________________________(producer), the
_________________________________________________________________Event, and any affiliates
thereof, harmless in relationship to any liabilities which may arise from the workshop or performance
while on, in, or around the property from the instructor, heirs, or from any other forces. Should
unforeseen circumstances arise from either party that requires rescheduling or cancellation of the
workshop; both parties agree to hold each other harmless in relation to said workshop.
If the terms of this agreement are acceptable, please sign two copies and send one to the above postal
address.
