PAIRS-PTSA is sponsoring the 24th Annual Drug-free, Alcohol-free, AllNight Graduation Party! It’s the “happening place to be,” with great
entertainment, music, dancing, great food, activities, prizes and much, much
more! This is the “Graduation Party” you want to attend...and it will be the
last special time for all of the members of the “awesome” Kauai High School
Class of 2015 to spend together!

PROJECT GRADUATION 2015 ALL-NIGHT PARTY
GUIDELINES
To: Parents/Guardians and Graduation Seniors
Project Graduation is a very special time for seniors! To keep it a safe and fun
party for everyone, the following guidelines have been established:
1. ONLY graduates of Kauai High School’s class of 2015 may attend this
party.
2. All participants must submit a Project Graduation 2015 Registration Forms
signed by the participant’s parent or legal guardian, regardless of the
participant’s age. If you decide to attend PG the day of graduation you
need to get a form from school and have it completed before you board the
bus. Forms will not be available at the buses.
3. This is an all night party; no one will be allowed to leave until the event is
over.
4. Drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes will not be allowed at this party.
5. All graduates will be bused from Vidinha Stadium beginning at
approximately 8:30 pm and will be bused back to the stadium by 6:00 am
Saturday. Graduates may not be privately driven to this party.
6. If a graduate misses the bus at Vidinha Stadium, he or she will miss the
party entirely! Be alert and on time…don’t miss the bus!
7. A wristband and t-shirt will be given to each graduate as they board the
bus and must be worn and be plainly visible throughout the entire event.
8. The registration fee includes everything…so don’t bring any money!
9. Graduates may bring their yearbook and a pen for signing, a camera,
jacket/sweater and one flower lei only. Make sure yearbooks and cameras
are clearly marked with the graduate’s name.
10. Do not bring purses, backpacks, bags, hats or other valuables…there’s
no room for them and everything the graduate needs will be provided!
11. Parents or an authorized designated driver over 21 years old must pick up
the graduate at Vidinha Stadium, Saturday morning at 6:00am. The
driver’s picture identification will be verified before the graduate is
released.
12. Once the registration fee is paid, there will be no refunds without the
permission of the PAIRS-PTSA Project Graduation 2015 Committee.

KAUAI HIGH PROJECT GRADUATION 2015 STUDENT AGREEMENT
I understand and agree to the policies and provisions of my participation in the Project Graduation, I am aware
that alcohol, drugs and tobacco are not permitted at the Project Graduation celebration and I agree not to carry
any materials or liquid, which will affect my behavior and /or will have a detrimental effect on other’s enjoyment
of the evening. I understand that once I check-in for the celebration, I may not leave until a designated
parent/guardian signs for your release. I agree to hold harmless and waive all claims not to place suit or hold
liable any volunteer person, Hawaii State Department of Education, State of Hawaii, Kauai High School,
including administrators, faculty, staff, PAIRS-PTSA, or any other person operating under the direction of the
Project Graduation Committee for any incidents or injury that may occur to me while attending this event and
participating in any of the planned activities.

the KHS PROJECT GRADUATION CELEBRATION to be held immediately following the graduation ceremony on
Friday, May 29, 2015 through pickup time 6:00 am Saturday, May 30, 2015.
I (We) acknowledge that this celebration is offered to all graduates and that it is being planned by a group
of parent volunteers, other supportive adults and students. I (We) understand that participation in this
celebration party is fully voluntary. In consideration of the benefits to be derived and having full confidence that
every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of my (our) child(ren), my (our) signature(s) below shows
my (our) understanding of this event. I (We) agree to hold harmless and waive all claims, not to place suit or
hold liable any volunteer person, Hawaii State Department of Education, State of Hawaii, Kauai High School,
including administrators, faculty and staff, PAIRS-PTSA, vendors (Hair, Nails, Makeup, Massage, Dance Crew,
Hypnotist) or any other person operating under the direction of the Project Graduation Committee for any
incident or injury that may occur to my (our) child(ren) while attending this event and participating in any of the

I (We) promise that my (our) son/daughter will arrive free of drugs and alcohol. In the event that my (our)
son/daughter is found to be in possession of, or under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs, or display
unruly conduct, I (we) understand he/she will be removed from the rest of the graduates and I (we) will be
notified and I (we) must pick him/her up immediately. I (We) agree to allow sobriety testing and I (We)
understand that the police may also be notified. No refund will be considered. Under no circumstances will my

No refund of the admission fee will be made, even if a senior is a “no show” at the time of the bus
departure. Parents/Guardians of senior who are “no show” at the time of bus departure will be notified by
telephone after the bus departs. This phone call will release the Project Graduation Committee of the
responsibility of this senior for the night. No refund will be made if a senior is told the day of graduation the
he/she will not be participate in the Graduation ceremony because he/she does not have enough credits to

I (We) understand that graduates participating in this event cannot leave the premises of the celebration
until the designated parents/guardians sign them out at the conclusion of this all-night event with a picture ID.
I (We) further understand I (We) am (are) responsible for my (our) child once he/she leaves the premises of
the bus pickup. To prevent accidents or fatalities due to fatigue, under no circumstances will my (our) child be

The driver will be asked for proof of identification (picture I.D.) and will be required to
sign out the student. Any relative/friend picking up a student must be over the age of
21.

Vidinha Stadium. Under no circumstance will my child be allowed to
drive home or walk home after this event. The Project Graduation
Committee and PAIRS believes that this precaution is important to
prevent any possible traffic accident or fatality due to fatigue in my child.
