Activities _____ Awards Program Chair: Coordinates Awards Program including invitations, refreshments, decorations, and certificates. _____ Father-Daughter Dinner Dance Chair (2): Chairs the committee to plan our Father-Daughter Chapter activity in the fall. _____ Father-Daughter Event Chair (2): Chairs the committee to coordinate the spring event including location, date and format. _____ Mother-Daughter Tea Chair (2): Organizes Annual Tea in Feb. including invitations, decorations, photographs, receiving line, etc., (usually a 10th grade Patroness). _____ May Luncheon Chair: Coordinates event including invitations, decorations, menu, etc. Communications _____ Assistant Webmaster: Updates website and maintains "home page". Membership _____ Membership Drive Chair: Under the guidance of the Provisional Chair, oversees the committee to coordinate sponsorship binders and training, and runs the Membership Drive and Draw. _____ Selection Committee Chair: Presides over Selection Committee. Collates Placement Form information and notifies Patronesses of job placement. Must be proficient in Excel. Philanthropy _____ Philanthropy Assistant (4): Oversees a group of Philanthropy Liaisons. Assists VP with Liaison support, newsletter content, awards calculation, research, website and hours review. _____ Philanthropy Research and Special Projects: Researches new philanthropies, visits and recommends additions and deletions. Assists VP with special projects. Works with classes to suggest on-site and off-site activities. Ticktockers _____ Grade Level Advisor (12): Serves as member of the GLAD Committee. Oversees and coordinates Ticktocker activities and meetings for grade level as per Six Year Plan. Leads Class Patroness meetings. Communications _____ Directory (2): Accesses website to download current membership information; collects Patroness and Ticktocker photographs; arranges data and photos into digital format; proofs directory and arranges printing and distribution of directory. _____ Patroness Newsletter Editor: Collects articles/pictures for newsletter, edits and arranges in Constant Contact. _____ Philanthropy Newsletter Editor: Collects articles and pictures for Philanthropy newsletter, edits and arranges in Constant Contact. Works in conjunction with VP of Phil. and VP of Comm. to publish the newsletter. _____ Ticktocker Newsletter Editor: Collects articles and pictures from Ticktockers for newsletter, edits and arranges in Constant Contact. Works in conjunction with VP of TT and VP of Comm. to publish the newsletter. _____ Photographer: Responsible for photography coverage of all events; editing and uploading photos to website albums, assisting members with their photo uploads. Maintains Chapter scrapbook and prepares President’s Memory Album. _____ Social Media Site Monitor: Serves as the coordinator for Chapter communications on sites such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. Manages and provides consistency with NCL’s media presence. Should be knowledgeable on the tools, techniques and philosophies of social media. _____ A/V Technician: Operates sound board including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, PC, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment for Chapter meetings. Training provided. Membership _____ Attendance Recorder (4): Shares responsibility for maintaining file boxes and bringing them to each Regular meeting, making name tags, emailing follow-up reminders, and scheduling coverage at Regular meetings to record Patroness attendance at these meetings. _____ Assistant Membership: Assists VP with hours and attendance follow up. Tracks and notifies Members out of good standing. _____ Patroness/Ticktocker Hours (3): Tracks hours input to ensure accuracy, calculates hours for awards at year end, and works with Members to improve hours recording. Philanthropy _____ Philanthropy Liaison (30): Each Liaison will be assigned to one or more specific philanthropies based on Patroness availability and philanthropy event dates. Coordinates with philanthropy and informs members of upcoming activities. Enters events on website. All Liaisons must be available for training the last two weeks of April.
