Mr Vollenbroek is a senior environmental management and training expert with profound knowledge of
technical, institutional, legal and financial aspects related to implementation of environmental programmes
and projects. His experience covers the whole project life cycle from identification up to and including
implementation and evaluation. His experience of more than 20 years covers a wide range of projects carried

Presently Mr. Vollenbroek is the IPPC training expert in the team working on introduction of IPPC in Croatia.
In the framework of EU projects Mr. Vollenbroek worked earlier in all CEE countries.
In The Netherlands Mr Vollenbroek is a national expert on environmental law and enforcement. He is
member of the National Advisory Committee which is responsible for proposing new industrial emission
standards.
