Physical Education Programme in HKCC and SPEED
Hong Kong Community College (HKCC)
The Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) was formed by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
(PolyU) in 2001/02 as a self-financed entity with the aim of providing quality sub-degree programmes for
secondary school leavers. We commit to provide all-round development to aspiring individuals, equipping
them for further studies and career development.
In September 2001, we have successfully launched our first full-time Associate Degree programme. The
Associate Degree programme is designed for Form 6 and 7 school leavers who wish to pursue, in a
university environment, a broad-based and holistic post-secondary education with a concentration in a
particular discipline. Apart from the Associate Programme, we also offer the full-time Higher Diploma
Programme since September 2008, providing more choices to suit the needs of our students.
School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED)

opportunities for people with different education needs to acquire higher qualifications.
