Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Program Scholarship

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be:
 Current bachelor of science students at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business
 Enrolled in at least six credit hours of academic coursework
 Planning to register for at least one part of the CMA exam while still a student
 Intending to take an exam part within one year of application
 Registered for AC450 Accounting Capstone
What Does the Scholarship Provide?





Certification Entrance Fee - $75
Student Exam Fee – one part - $95
If the student passes one part, the scholarship can be renewed once to cover the cost of a second
part as long as the second test is taken within one year of initial application for the CMA exam
program - $95
Textbook costs – about $160
Total value – about $425
Application Deadline:

Friday of week 11 in the quarter prior to starting AC450 Accounting Capstone
Selection Criteria:
The scholarship recipient will be selected by a Globe University/Minnesota School of Business faculty
committee based on:
 Scholarship (minimum GPA: 3.5)
 Dedication
 Career goals
 Commitment to taking and passing the CMA exam
