Professional and Personal Goals for the Internship Year
As a teacher, I strive to provide a quality education for all students. I hope to
instill a passion for learning in my students, and to create a positive classroom
culture. I hope to develop my students into leaders, in and out of the classroom.
My classroom will be conductive to learning, and will utilize technology in every
day lessons. I will use my strong communication skills to communicate with
student parents, striving to involve them in their students learning, and with
classroom and school activities. As a teacher I feel my interpersonal skills will
allow me to successfully work as a leader in the classroom, team member, and
individual contributor of the school and district. I will successfully achieve
personal objectives by effectively managing my time in the classroom, and
applying my creative thinking to complete lesson plans. I have a strong passion
in utilizing technology in the classroom, as well as mathematics. I also uphold a
strong passion for arts and culture, and will strive to include arts and creativity in
lessons. I hope to work in upper elementary, between 3rd and 5th grade. I am
an upbeat, outgoing senior with strong analytical, organizational, and
communication skills.
