2015 Hardin County Schools Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form Nominations must be submitted by Monday, July 13, 2015 To honor the achievements of past graduates of the Hardin County Schools, the Hardin County Board of Education has established the “Distinguished Alumni” Award. Each year, a maximum of ten alums will be honored. The purpose of the award is two-fold. It provides an opportunity to recognize accomplishments of our graduates and, at the same time, demonstrates to the teachers and staff of the school district the positive impact they have upon the lives of young people. Criteria: Nominees should be graduates of a current or former high school in the Hardin County School District and making (or have made) a valuable contributions to his or her chosen profession or to their community, state, region or country. Please be as detailed as possible in your nomination.
