Please submit your typed application to the SGA office in Cravens 013 or as an email attachment to
sga@wku.edu. Include the application form and the advisor confirmation form (not for test prep) as
part of your submission. SGA may contact this advisor as a part of the application process.
Applicants under consideration may be contacted to schedule an interview with SGA
representatives. On average, award recipients have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also, all applications will
be on a rolling acceptance basis, beginning on March 8th and ending on March 29th. It is to your
advantage to submit your application and advisor confirmation form (not for test prep) as early as
possible. All incomplete applications or applications submitted after March 29th will not be
considered.

Note: $250 will be the maximum amount awarded to an individual recipient per application. A
maximum of $500 will be rewarded to an individual recipient during any academic year.

development by providing funding for: travel to conferences, equipment purchase, research
expenses, and other discipline-related project fees.
