Consultation of a personal
Each patient has a personal doctor (GP). A personal doctor gives consultations to a client
doctor (GP).
in the medical center, coordinates work of all specialists, prescribes treatment and
diagnostic procedures. One can get in touch with a personal doctor through the registry of
the medical center.
Consultations of narrowly
By the recommendation of the personal doctor the client may be given consultations by the
oriented specialists.

otorhinolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, neurologist, endocrinologist,
surgeon,
dermatologist –
venereal diseases specialist (skin diseases), allergologist-immunologist, urologist,

Functional diagnostics.
By the recommendation of the personal doctor or specialists the client may undertake the
following investigations:

ECG;

US-diagnostics (except Doppler investigations);

Echocardiogram.
Investigations with the help

XR – investigation (except CT);
of medical devices.

Diagnostic esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
Laboratory diagnostics.

faeces test for worms’ eggs.
Physiotherapy.
Physiotherapetic procedures may be prescribed for the client by the personal doctor (GP)
or specialists (1 seance is up to 10 treatments):
Medicating massage.

Therapeutic laser.
By the recommendation of the personal doctor or specialists the client may undertake up
to 10 treatments of massage.
Execution of medical
Upon the client’s request and in case there is a medical ground for it the medical centre can

Comments:
1.
All the services, included in the program, are provided due to the medical indications according to personal doctor’s
prescription.
2.
The number of diagnostic procedures and laboratory investigations is prescribed by the GP or the specialist due to
the medical indications.
3.
When concluding a contract for this program, a client may be provided with medical services, not included in the
program, on a 10%-discount basis.
4.
During the personal doctor’s leave of absence (holiday, illness, etc.) the client is observed by the duty doctor of the
centre.
