Laspina St. Tulare, CA 93274. Interviews will be held the week of January 11, 2016, at the UCCE Tulare County 4-H Office. You will be notified regarding the date and time of interviews. Qualifications for Junior Camp Director and Supervisors: Has had previous experience at 4-H Camp as a Junior Camp Staff member. Has had experience in a leadership role and or as a Junior or Teen Leader. Willing to take on an advanced management roll, able to delegate, and work well with peers. Has initiative and enthusiasm. Enjoys being in the outdoors. Enjoys working with younger members. Has some camp skills related to the position (i.e. crafts, hiking, sports, recreation, storytelling, song leading, fishing, etc.). Lead the Junior Camp Staff Members that are assigned to help in organizing and planning the department activities. Junior Camp Supervisor of Crafts: Oversees Craft shed staffing and activities. Junior Camp Supervisor of Campfire: Oversees Campfires each night.
