RCYC Bye-law (par 2.9 – Moorings Insurance) dated 30 August 2011 refers.
This RCYC Insurance Declaration Form (IDF) must be completed and delivered to the RCYC Mooring
Secretary by all vessels making use of RCYC moorings.

All members entering into a Mooring Rights Agreement with the Club;
