Be sure to make it visually stimulating, attractive, informative and catchy to the eye. You should take the initiative to discuss this project with your co-op training supervisor. You also need to check on issues of confidentiality and security to ascertain that you are not breaking any ethical codes or laws by using your selected material. It is advisable to show the backboard to your employer for approval. This project will be displayed as part of co-op promotion at school and the workplace. Note: use font size 18 pt or larger for print! The following requirements MUST be included: use computer lettering, graphics and borders to enhance the appearance--be neat and creative! The presentation will give you an opportunity to outline what you have learned from this program and will show to the other students the relationship of the in-school course to the job experience. You will be evaluated by the subject/link teacher, based on the criteria outlined on the verification sheet. Make arrangements with the LINK teacher at least a week in advance. Record this information on the Presentation sheet. Give the evaluation form to the subject teacher in order to VERIFY and EVALUATE you on your presentation. Suggested presentation ideas: Take your backboard with you to the presentation. After you type it (proper letter format) and hand it in as part of this assignment, re-write it on a card or nice writing paper and send it to your employer.
