Methods used: ammonium sulphate precipitation, ultrafiltration, Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography), affinity chromatography (including His-Trap affinity chromatography).
