ammonium sulphate precipitation, ultrafiltration, Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (ion
exchange
chromatography,
hydrophobic
interaction
chromatography,
size-exclusion
chromatography), affinity chromatography (including His-Trap affinity chromatography).
The purified proteins were subjected to structural study (circular dichroism, Small Angle X-Ray
Scattering and X-Ray Crystallography)
