Our guest speaker, Dr Joseph Lam, was the spotlight of our training on that day. He was a specialist in Neurosurgery at Hong Kong. He had brought us a lot of information on the micro-invasive technology in neurological and spinal surgery that all underwriting and claims participants were all giving very positive comment on his presentation. Can you image that you can speak and give reaction to your surgeon when your brain is opened? We did see the patients do that in the lecture!! The underwriting training program of 2011 had been kicked off to the HK and Macau team on 11 March. It was an off-site underwriting training at ING Macau to the teams of Hong Kong. It was also the first time of underwriters in Hong Kong to go to Macau office and meet with the underwriters there. We all have great fun in the learning and sharing.
