 Antihistamine nasal sprays –
 Side effects: bitter taste, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea,

 Decongestants –

older or have high blood pressure) e.g. Claritin–D, Sudafed
 Side effects: irritability, fast or irregular heartbeat,

increased blood pressure.
