Being aware of your health risks can help you take steps toward improved health and lowering your medical premium. • Your medical premium is based on the health of everyone enrolled. Yes, you may re-enroll in City retiree medical coverage during Open Enrollment if you’ve had CONTINUOUS and COMPARABLE COVERAGE since the date you waived the City’s coverage.
