TiALN - Balinit® FUTURA
(Titanium Aluminum Nitride)
Balinit® X.CEED
Flerskiktsbeläggning med god termisk stabilitet för högre
skärhastigeter och matningar. För torr bearbetning och
minimalsmöjning i de flesta stål, nickellegeringar, rostfria stål och
gjutjärn. Utmärkt värmebeständighet, god smörjförmåga. För
material som är under 40 Rc.
Singelbeläggning vars hårdhet, oxidationsbeständighet och
termisk stabilitet optimerades för material över 52 HRC och
höghastighetsbearbetning av svår bearbetade material som
(titanlegeringar, Inconel). Konkurerar med ALTiN.
(Titanium Diboride - TiB2)
En tunn beläggning med en låg vidhäftning mot aluminum,
idealisk för bearbetningar av aluminumlegeringar. Motståndet
mot vidhäftning av aluminum ger högre skärhastigheter och
matningar. Beläggningstjockleken hålls avsiktligt tunn för att
bibehålla en skarp skäregg.
CRYSTALLINE DIAMOND
Förbättrad produktivitet i kompositer och icke-järnmetaller.
Utmärkt val för bearbetning av grafit, glasfiber och kiselbaserade
aluminum. Kan beläggas för speciella borr och fräs bearbetningar.
Balinit® ALCRONA Belagd
Aluminum Krom-baserad beläggning, har utmärkt slitage
motstånd, termisk chock stabilitet och utmärkt värmbeständighet.
Bra i Titan, Inconel och kolfiber.
Balinit® HARDLUBE
Flerskiktsbeläggning med god termisk stabilitet och smörj
egenskaper som behövs för borrning av stål,nickellegeringar,
rostfria stål, gjutjärn, aluminum, mässing och brons. Utmärkt
värmbeständighet och smörjförmåga.
