Definition
Definition: What is constant and what is meant by contact?
Constant: A regular, perpetual, continuous, and faithful commitment
to keep in touch with sinners, one’s membership; new members, as
well as, long time members. For some members it might be weekly,
for others it is bi-weekly or monthly.
Contact: The touching of sinners, your membership with contagious
enthusiasm, with an expression of care, concern and compassionate
relationship. A value system that says, you are important to our
fellowship and you are an integral part of our mutation of the love of
God. This is done by the membership participating in weekly church
activities, phone calls, birthdays and anniversaries. I miss you cards,
enjoy your vacation cards, thinking of you cards and you are special
cards by using technology and the human touch.

NON-WORKERS UNION
The Rappers: They love to hear themselves talk and
give commentaries, but they are not going to work.
Gossipers
The Mappers: These are the people with the plans to
get the church on a solid foundation, but they’re not
going to follow their own plans.
The Clappers: They love to applaud others, give
out commendations and praise to hard working
members, but they are not going to work
themselves.
The Trappers: These members are not going to
work and seek to keep others from working as
well.
The Hoppers: When they do not like what is
being done they hop home or hop to another
church. These are the feel good workers not the
do good workers.

Why Constant Contact is needed?
Many in the church are lost
Many in the church have a form of godliness
Many in the church are deep in rituals not righteousness
Many think poor people are better off not being in the church
Many are afraid that new people will take their positions
Many in the church do not believe what they preach and teach
Many in the church are afraid that new talents will be discovered .
Many in the church say, “We have never done it that way before.”

Methods of Constant Contact
Letter to your community
Dear Community: Please forgive us for not being the Church we should be. We
have done poorly. We were so busy having church service and negate the great
calling to be your friend. Please forgive us and give us the opportunity to do right
by your side. We truly love you and desire to establish a relationship with you.
We are not asking you for anything we just want to be your friend. We desire to
share with you love and kindness. We are so sorry for not being there and we
commit to never let this happen again. We will be coming to see you and find out
from you what we can do to start this life long relationship of constant contact.

Commitment Sheet: Whenever we get our membership involved with constant contact we will see a
greater interest in other ministries of the Church. Members who commit his or her self to reaching the
lost take on a great Christian participatory act. It is an action that is passionate and perpetual. If every
