a constituency
• Transport plan has been prepared with the help of all
concerned Tehsildars.
• There shall be requirement of 191 buses (42 seaters) 52
min buses (25 seater) and 36 SUMO’s (including
reserve) for lifting of poll materials and poll parties
from the distributing centres to the destinations and
also to bring back the poll parties a to the collection
centers/strong rooms identified for each Assembly
Segment.

Transport Plan
Communication Plan
• All the polling stations of four Assembly Constituencies are covered under 16
Zones having 61 sectors.
• There are 10 police stations, 16 police posts, 14 minority pickets in district.
• There is proper communication network available at all polling stations,
sectors, zones, Police stations/Posts at minority pickets through Mobile
phones, wireless sets/walkie talkies.
• Contact numbers of all Booth Level Officers, Lumberdars, Chowkidars,
Anganwari workers and prominent persons of the polling stations have also
been provided on record.
• Contact numbers of three prominent voters of each polling station of all AC’s
have been maintained in shape of communication plan.
• In addition Central Police Force and other security agencies are also having
their communication network.
• There are polling stations without mobile network where wireless network
shall be provided by the police..

• BLOs were directed to make house to house survey to list
out the number of 18+ persons not yet enrolled as an elector
and the persons who will be eligible to be an elector as on
01-01-2014.
• The identified left out electors and newly eligible electors as
on 01-01-2014 were distributed with Form – 6 by the BLOs
with an advice to submit the filled up forms.
• Campaign by Loudspeaker, Mikes on Autoriksha in Urban
Areas during revision period.
• Scroll Advertisement were displayed in local network
channel.
• Meeting with Elected PRI’s and Counselor of Municipalities.
