2. Scope of liability insured
lnsured is the liability of Platform 4 Logistics LLP as a foruvarder
and/or carrier according to:
. The Dutch Civil Code (BW 8 Wegvervoersrecht) concerning the
road haulage liability;
. The General Conditions of Transport2OO2;
. The C.M.R.-conventron - Convention on the Contract for the
lnternational Carriage of Goods by Road.
. Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Fenex)2004;
3. Amount insured
A. for carriage of goods within the Netherlands for which the carriers
liability is based on the Dutch Civil Code and/or the General Conditions
of Transport 2002 the maximum liability is € 3,40 p/kg lost or damaged
good(s) maximized tot € 85.000,00 per conveyanve
B. for international carriage of goods according to the C.M.R.-convention
the maximum liability is € 13,50 p/kg lost or damaged good(s)
maximized tot € 337.500,00 per conveyanve
C. for carriage of goods within a country others than within the Netherlands
the maximum liability is € 13,50 p/kg lost or damaged good(s)
maximized tot € 600.000,00 per conveyanve.
D. ln the capacity of a fonvarder the liability is based on the Dutch
Foruvarding Conditions (Fenex) 2004 the maximum liability is SDR 4,00
p/kg lost or damaged good(s)with a maximum of SDR 4.000,00 per
consignment and SDR 10.000,00 per occurrence of series of
occurrences with one and the same cause.

VERVOERDERSAANSPRAKELIJKHEIDSVERZEKERING
Hierbij verklaren wij, ondergetekende verzekeraar, HD|-Gerling Verzekeringen N.V. te Rotterdam, dat wij
de aansprakelijkheid in de hoedanigheid van expediteur en/of vervoerder hebben verzekerd ten behoeve
van:

2. Omvang verzekeringdekking
Verzekerd is de aansprakelijkheid van Platform 4 Logistics LLP
in de hoedingheid van expediteur en/of vervoerder op basis van
. het Burgerlijkwetboek (BW 8 Wegvervoersrecht);
. de Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002;
o het C.M.R.-Verdrag;
. de "Nederlandse Expeditievoonruaarden'(FENEX).
3. Maximum verzekerde bedragen
A.
Voor vervoer binnen Nederland, niet op C.M.R.- voorwaarden,
hoogstens € 3,40 per kilogram beschadigde of verloren
gegane zaak, met een maximum van € 85.000,00 per
vrachtauto/trekker/ oplegger/ com binatie.
B. Voor binnenlands- en/of grensoverschrijdend vervoer op
C.M.R.-voorwaarden hoogstens € 13,50 per kilogram
beschadigde of verloren gegane zaak met een maximum van
€ 337. 500,00 per vrachtauto/trekker/oplegger/com binatie.
C. Voor cabotage € 13,50 per kilogram beschadigde of
verloren gegane zaak met een maximum van € 600.000,00
per vrachtauto/trekker/ oplegger com binatie.
D. Voor aansprakelijkheid als expediteur op grond van de
"Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden'(FENEX) tot 4 SDR per
kilogram beschadigd of verloren gegaan
bruto gewicht, met een maximum van 4.000 SDR per zending.
Het maximum bedrag inzake de aansprakelijkheid op grond
van de "Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden"
(FENEX) bedraagt 10.000 SDR per gebeurtenis of reeks van
gebeurtenissen met één en dezelfde schadeoorzaak.
4. Condities
Algemene Verzekeringsvoorwaarden ANV 2006 met
aanhechting van G23 Clausule Ladingdiefstallen bij
beroepsgoederenvervoer over de weg.
5. Verzekeringsgebied
Europese Unie inclusief Scandinavië, Zwitserland en Servië
