– Far higher ratio of PhD’s to Masters in Fishery

Econ relative to Economics

– Flat growth of Fishery econ from 1980-1998

– Rapid Increase in PhD’s after 2000

– Significant growth in policy and management

– Some larger traditional programs fade

– More graduates doing fisheries econ PhD’s from more but less focused fishery-economics programs
