For Import / Re-Export purposes:It is recommended to use solid wooden case for
exhibit which is re-exporting after exhibition.
Carton box or paper pallet is not recommended.
(example – Machinery, Fragile equipments )
For food product is recommended to pack on a
plastic pallet.
(Benefits - No fumigation require which could
damage the food products)










i) if your exhibits size has exceeded 2.4meter in height and weight
of more than 2000kgs for an individual piece

ii) Rental of Cranes or Forklift for unloading, loading and assembly
of exhibits

iii) Local transportation for collection of exhibits from premises to
KLCC – fairground

iv) Onsite handling






