Compensation Statements January 4, 2013 Scope and Approach A Note About Compensation Statements Please note! With the b1210 release, customers have the ability to develop their own Compensation Statements using the SuccessStore self-service tool. This is included in the purchase price of the Compensation module. (Note that this included statement functionality does have certain limitations.) The “Standard” Compensation Statements described in this deck must be purchased by customers in addition to their purchase of the Compensation module. Please check the contract/Schedule A to ensure Standard Compensation Statements were purchased by your Customer. If not, please contact the sales/account representative. If your customer needs something other than the “Standard” Compensation Statements as described here, it becomes a “Custom” Compensation Statement, which is described later in this deck. 3 SuccessFactors Proprietary and Confidential © 2012 SuccessFactors, An SAP Company.
