2. Automatic Log-out for Last agent
Last logout works for automatic logout as well as manual
logout. Even when last agent forgets log-out operation and
go home, automatic log-out works.

- Last log-out has to be enabled.
- Automatic log-out has to be enabled. (3 times for example)
*) 1 time is recommended because the agent must be absent and cannot answer next incoming call again.)
- Extension no answer timer has to be programmed. (20 s for example)
For example,
1. Ext 101 is last log-in.
2. ICD calls comes to Ext 101.
3. No answer for 20s but call is kept on Ext 101
because no other log-in member.
4. No answer for more 20s + 20s. (Total 60s)
=> Automatic logout because 3 times time-out.
Or 4. 1st call is lost after 20s. 2nd call rings for 40s.
- System reserved bit can disable this
=> Automatic log-out because 3 times time-out.

Disable = Same as version 5 or before
(Automatic log-out works when call is moved to other extension for programmed times.)

<Condition>
- This feature works even when DSS key is pressed during talking for transfer.
- When extension 101 makes a outgoing call, name is NOT displayed. Only number is displayed.
- This feature does not work for conference call including 2-way recording using TVM.
- This feature does not work for network extension.

7. Trunk Group Access Order

Trunk group access order can be programmed for ARS carrier.
Current parameter is

priority.
New parameter is added.
- Max.4 priority.
- Default is None.

Result of priority is as follows.
TRG7 > TRG3 > TRG4 > TRG2 > TRG1
This order is same as TDE-NCP version 5.

7. Trunk Group Access Order for Tenant

<User’s Request>
When incoming call from TRG1 is for tenant A, and incoming call from TRG2
is for tenant B, tenant A uses TRG1 for outgoing call also and Tenant B uses
for TRG2 for outgoing call also.
But TRG2 should be allowed for Tenant A as 2nd priority of outgoing call,
when all CO in TRG1 are occupied.
And TRG1 should be allowed for Tenant B as 2nd priority of outgoing call,
when all CO in TRG2 are occupied.
