Timing chain driving system
High-pressure casted aluminum block and
ladder frame ensure enhanced rigidity of
the engine, and the multiple ribs and
spherical structures of the area attached to
the transmission give extra rigidity and
reduced noise.
The centre of crank-shaft is offset from the
centre of cylinder block's bore to reduce
friction-loss at explosion-strokes. Expedited
combustion by reduced speed of
piston leads to optimization of fuel economy.
Highly durable roller-type timing chain ensures
maintenance-free operation and the ratchet
embedded hydraulic auto-tensioner is applied
to prevent chain-slippage and noise.

Variable intake manifold promotes optimal
performance. Lightweight plastic material
