Optimalisatie chirurgisch protocol:
• Patient Specific Matched Instruments (Signature)
• LIA (Ropivacaïne 2%, 80ml)
• Aquacel + 24u drukverband
• Geen agraves
• Geen drain
• Geen urinekatheter
Direct Postoperatieve Zorg
• Eerste mobilisatie <2-4u direct postoperatief
• FT, twee sessies voor ontslag
– Lopen met krukken
– Optioneel traplopen
• X-ray voor ontslag
• Verwijderen drukverband, tubigrip tot aan eerste
poliklinische controle
• Algemeen welbevinden (PONV & pijn)

Ontslag criteria:
• Zelfstandig en veilig mobiliseren met krukken
• Geen wondlekkage
• Controle X-ray

• Eerste 2 weken ‘’self-managed home-based exercise
program’’
• Telefonisch contact:
– 1ste dag postoperatief verpleegkundige
– 2de dag postoperatief arts-assistent
• 4 dagen postoperatief:
– Poliklinische controle
– Dagboek
– Verwijderen van aquacel
Postoperatieve Zorg

– Poliklinische controle (optioneel hechtingen
verwijderen)
– Start fysiotherapie in thuissituatie
