What is needed?
 All the subspecialty organizations should come
with a logbook and training program
 The UEMS-ENT and the representives of all
these subspecialty organizations should give a
final shape to the resident’s logbook

 EAFPS is actively involved in both oral and written
exams
 EAFPS has provided both oral guided questions
and MCQs
 No feedback on the quality of the questions
 No chance to comment on the questions of
undisclosed origin that were included in the
written part of the exam
 The representative of EAFPS (Koen Ingels) should
be allowed to screen the FPRAS MCQs included in
the Exam
