• Attend a volunteer orientation
• Select a desired volunteer position
• Pick up application form from volunteer services
office
• Fill out application
• Sign up for an interview with volunteer supervisor
• Ensure all medical and criminal records are
submitted

Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age
• Special student programs for 16 and 17
year olds
• Minimum volunteer time
• 4 hours per week
• 3-months commitment
• Immunization and TB test
• Background check
Before you decide to

a particular job
• Base your decision on your interest ,
skills, schedule
• Know the HIPA laws regarding
confidentiality
