THE GUILDFORD ROTARY EYE PROJECT
operates an equal funding
partnership between
itself and other donors,
local clubs in the areas of need
and The Rotary Foundation.
THE GUILDFORD ROTARY EYE PROJECT
requires the local Rotary Clubs
to provide the land,
the buildings
and to maintain all medical units.
THE GUILDFORD ROTARY EYE PROJECT
requires all
eye clinics and hospitals
to achieve financial
self sustainability
THE GUILDFORD ROTARY EYE PROJECT
Eye operations for private patents
are an important source of income.
This provides funding for poor
patients to be treated
free of charge
THE GUILDFORD ROTARY EYE PROJECT
Initially 10 Indian eye surgeons
were trained in the UK.
Contracted to operate
primarily at the Rotary facilities
AND
to train incoming surgeons
THE GUILDFORD ROTARY EYE PROJECT
presently enables all optical problems to
be assessed, but recognises that its
