一、严厉打击侵犯知识产权犯罪活动

以侦破大案要案和摧毁犯罪窝点、网络为重
点
Focusing on solving the big cases and
smashing down the entire criminal
network
破获侵犯商标犯罪案件500余起，抓获犯罪
嫌疑人700余人，涉案总价值逾2亿元，分别比
往年同期增长80%、65%、65%和143%。
Having solved 500 cases, arrested or
detained 700 criminals. Total value exceed
200 million RMB. Increasing respectively
for 80%, 65%, 65% and 143%.
李亚德假冒“香奈尔”等香水、化妆品案

赵维伦假冒“丰田”等汽车配件案

二、开展教育宣传活动，营造保护知识
产权的社会氛围
Carrying on education activities, building up social
IPR consciences
开展大规模的销毁侵权商品、街头宣讲、展览
等活动
The ECID and local PSBs have launched series of
education activities, e.g. news release, destroying the
counterfeiting products, exhibitions.
让公众了解侵犯知识产权犯罪活动的巨大危害，
认识保护知识产权关系到国家的发展进步和每个
公民的创业发展
To let everyone be aware of the important role played by
IPR, to the nation and every personal.
三、加强与行政执法部门的衔接配合，形
成执法合力
Strengthen the cooperation with administrative organs
（一）新司法解释得到全面实施
The new JUDICIAL INTERPRETATION has been fully implement.
（二）至今年3月，行政执法部门移送案件增长46%。
Up to this March, the number of cases transferred by the
administrative organs has increased by 46%.
（三）积极建立有效的合作制度。
The more efficient mechanisms are in progress.
四、加强与商标权利人的沟通协调
“山鹰”行动的目标：

（一）对各类制假贩假活动展开集中、猛烈地
打击；
