Mediumschap en intuïtieve ontwikkeling
In 2015 De Zwanenhof - in cooperation with Paul Jacobs, José Gosschalk and Nicole de
Haas - is organizing a varied and unique training program whereby many aspects of
mediumship can be practiced. New this year are the specialized training programs, for
example: Trance, Demonstrating and Presentation, Portrait and Spirit Art, Philosophy and
Trance Healing. This broad offer creates the opportunity for you to specialize in a specific
area of mediumship.
Outstanding in the training program is the Celebrity Week for which we have managed to
put together an internationally famous team of trainers composed of Paul Jacobs, James
van Praagh, Tony Stockwell, Mavis Pittilla and José Gosschalk.
During each training one of the trainers will be named as the course organiser and all
substantive questions will be presented to this trainer. The organization and registration
will be handled by De Zwanenhof.
The required level of mediumship experience is mentioned for every training: beginners,
intermediate, advanced and mixed levels. If you have any doubts about your own level of
experience you can contact us to discuss.
In 2015 organiseert De Zwanenhof in samenwerking met Paul Jacobs, José Gosschalk en
Nicole de Haas een gevarieerd en uniek programma aan trainingen waar vele facetten
van het mediumschap beoefend kunnen worden. Nieuw is een aanbod aan gespecialiseerde trainingen in bijvoorbeeld Trance, Demonstratie+Presentatie, Portret and Spirit
Art, Filosofie en Trance Healing. Zo ontstaat de gelegenheid om je te specialiseren in
een specifiek onderdeel van mediumschap.
Bijzonder in het aanbod is de Celebrity Week, waarin het gelukt is een internationaal
vermaard team van trainers samen te stellen met Paul Jacobs, James van Praagh, Tony
Stockwell, Mavis Pittilla en José Gosschalk.
Bij elke training wordt één van de trainers als inhoudelijke coördinator genoemd en
programma-inhoudelijke vragen zullen aan deze trainer worden voorgelegd. De organisatie en inschrijving loopt via De Zwanenhof.
Bij elke training wordt ook het vereiste niveau aan ervaring met mediumschap genoemd:
Beginners, intermediate, advanced en mixed levels. Bij twijfel over jouw eigen ervaringsniveau kun je contact opnemen om te overleggen.

Before the lessons commence you will be designated, after a brief interview, to the group
which best suits your preference and experience. Each group consists of 12 to 14 participants. Basically you will remain in the same group with the same teacher throughout the
course. The meditations, lectures and demonstrations will take place in a larger mixed
level group, with a variety of teachers. You can also book individual sessions with the
teachers during the courses.
You do not necessarily need to have the ambition of becoming a medium to follow a
course. Participating in the lessons will bring you closer to your own strength and help
you to become a more complete person.
Aan het begin van de training word je na een korte intake ingedeeld in een groep die het
beste bij jouw voorkeur en ervaring past. Een lesgroep bestaat uit 12 á 14
deelnemers. Tijdens de week blijf je in principe in dezelfde groep en houd je dezelfde
docent. De meditaties, lezingen en demonstraties worden in een grotere groep van
meerdere lesgroepen tezamen verzorgd door wisselende docenten. Je kunt tijdens de
training ook individuele sessies boeken bij de docenten.
Om de trainingen te volgen hoef je niet persé de ambitie te hebben een medium te
worden. Deelnemen aan de trainingen brengt je dichter bij jouw eigen kracht en Spirit en
helpt je een (nog) completer mens te worden.
England is the birthplace of spiritualism. Nowhere else in the world is there as much
knowledge of and experience with mediumship. The course teachers are all mediums
who work on a high quality international level and most of them have been working for
years at the famous Arthur Findlay College in Stansted. They look forward to sharing their
knowledge during the courses in Holland. The language used throughout the courses is
English. Some courses will be translated.

zijn mediums die op hoogstaand internationaal niveau werken en de meesten van hen

dragen hun kennis graag tijdens deze trainingen uit in Nederland. De voertaal tijdens de
trainingen is dan ook Engels. Sommige trainingen zullen worden vertaald.
The courses will take place at De Zwanenhof in Zenderen, Holland. Since 1927 people
have been coming to this beautiful, authentic building - with its exceptional chapel and
lovely monastery gardens - for peace, spirituality and to find ‘meaning’. This has made it
into a ‘house with a soul’; a place where it feels like ‘coming home’.
Our cooks are more than willing to do their utmost to indulge your culinary desires. If you
are a vegetarian or you need to follow a diet, we will take this into account as far as we
possibly can.
The combination of an experienced and inspired team of teachers and mediums, the
beautiful and charming De Zwanenhof and the team of personnel that has hospitality
high up on their agenda, makes every training into a unique experience.
De trainingen worden gegeven in De Zwanenhof te Zenderen. In dit prachtige
authentieke gebouw met haar bijzondere kapel en mooie kloostertuin komen al sinds
1927 mensen voor rust, spiritualiteit en zingeving. Dat heeft het gemaakt tot een ‘Huis
met een Ziel’. Een plek waar je even ‘thuiskomt’.
Onze koks doen er alles aan om je culinair te verwennen. Wanneer je vegetarisch bent of
een dieet volgt wordt daar zoveel als mogelijk rekening mee gehouden.
De combinatie van een ervaren en bevlogen team van docenten en mediums, de prachtige sfeervolle plek De Zwanenhof en het team van personeel dat gastvrijheid hoog in

Paul Jacobs
Paul is a Spiritualist and a medium since 1983. He was taught by one of the best mediums of the 20th century, Gordon Higginson. After ten years of intensive training Paul
became a teacher at the famous Arthur Findlay College in Stansted in 1993. From that
moment on his reputation grew as an internationally renowned teacher and medium. He
travels the world to do that which he sees as his most important mission: teaching future
mediums.
Paul is sinds 1983 Spiritualist en Medium. Hij is opgeleid door één van de beste
mediums van de 20e eeuw, Gordon Higginson. Na tien jaar intensieve training werd
Paul in 1993 leraar aan het befaamde Arthur Findlay College in Stansted. Vanaf dat moment groeide zijn reputatie als internationaal vermaard leraar en medium. Hij reist over
de hele wereld om te doen wat hij als zijn belangrijkste opdracht ziet: het opleiden van
toekomstige mediums.
José Gosschalk
In 1999 José met Paul Jacobs. He personally mentored her during her development and
encouraged her to follow the Teacher Course given at the Arthur Findlay College. She
acquired the CSNU which qualifies her with certificates for Demonstration Mediumship
and Public Speaking. In 2001 she opened the Academy for Mediumship in Naarden. Here
she provides a 3-year advanced vocational training for mediums in Holland and additionally she provides short courses on several aspects that have to do with mediumship.
Since 2008 José works 11 weeks a year as a teacher at the Arthur Findlay College.
From 2014 onward she will - in cooperation with Paul Jacobs - provide some of the
courses that she previously provided at the Arthur Findlay College at De Zwanenhof in
Holland: The Dutch & Danish week (2x), The international week, The week for students
from the Academy for Mediumship and The German speaking week (2x).
In 1999 ontmoette José Paul Jacobs. Hij heeft haar persoonlijk begeleid in haar ontwikkeling. Ze voltooide de opleiding aan het Arthur Findlay College en behaalde haar CSNU,
voor Demonstraties in Mediumschap en Public Speaking. In 2001 heeft zij de Academie
voor Mediumschap in Naarden geopend. Hier verzorgt zij een 3-jarige beroepsopleiding
voor mediums in Nederland en geeft ze verschillende korte cursussen in allerlei facetten die met mediumschap te maken hebben. Sinds 2008 werkt José 11 weken per jaar
als docent op het Arthur Findlay College. Vanaf 2014 verzorgt zij in samenwerking met
Paul Jacobs een aantal van de trainingen die zij voorheen in Stansted organiseerden, in
Nederland bij De Zwanenhof: De Dutch & Danish week (2x), De International week,
De week voor studenten van de Academie voor Mediumschap en de German Week (2x).
Nicole de Haas
The interest and the sensitivity for the spiritual and the mystical have always been present
in Nicole. She went to complete the 3-year advanced vocational training at the Academy
for Mediumship in Naarden and hopes to complete the Teacher Training Scheme at the
Arthur Findlay College soon. Nicole acquired the CSNU in 2012 for demonstrating and
public speaking – this qualifies her as a medium through the English SNU. From her
Centre for Mediumship and Training Nicole provides a 3-year training course and several
workshops in the field of mediumship. In 2015 she will - in cooperation with Paul Jacobs
- be providing a wonderful selection of courses at De Zwanenhof: Colour, Aura & Guides;
The Intensive Intuitive and Mediumistic Development; The Weekend Specials;
Moving Forward, Psychic and Mediumistic Unfolding and The Trance and Physical.

De interesse en de gevoeligheid voor het spirituele en mystieke is bij Nicole altijd
aanwezig geweest. Ze heeft de 3-jarige opleiding aan de Academie voor Mediumschap
in Naarden afgerond en hoopt op korte termijn de Docenten Opleiding van het Arthur
Findlay College af te ronden. In 2012 heeft Nicole haar CSNU behaald voor
demonstrating en public speaking, waardoor je door het Engelse SNU gekwalificeerd
bent als medium. Nicole verzorgt vanuit haar Centrum voor mediumschap en training
een 3-jarige opleiding en diverse workshops op het gebied van mediumschap. In 2015
zal zij samen met Paul Jacobs een mooi aanbod aan trainingen verzorgen bij De Zwanenhof: Color, Aura & Guides, De Intensive Intuïtieve en mediamieke ontwikkeling, de

Paul, José and Nicole work during their programs with a team of extremely experienced
teachers and mediums, most of them have been taught at and are teachers of the Arthur
Findlay College. Each trainer contributes particular areas of special interest. Nevertheless,

Color, Aura & Guides
Dutch and Danish Week
In this course you will specialize in discovering and developing your awareness of the
colors in the aura. You will learn to read an aura on a physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual level. Through the awareness of the colors you will discover how color
influences us in our daily lives; the clothes that we wear and the colors that we use in our
homes. We will teach you how to use color in a positive way in your life.
There will be several groups this weekend. Some of the groups will be mainly focused
on color, aura and the soul; and there will be a group which is more focused on creative
expression. Special attention will be given, in all the groups, to becoming aware of your
guides and what they can mean for you, without losing touch with yourself.
Every student has the potential to become aware of the aura and the colors. Once you
have gained the insight and have been given the ‘tools’ to understand the meaning of
color and the use of your own intuition, you will be able to read a person’s energy in
detail. You can book private consultations (not included in the price) with one of the
teachers during this weekend. During these consultations aura photography and
drawings of deceased loved ones - drawn by one of the teachers - will be available.
Saturday there is a demonstration evening planned during which there will be a
combination of mediumship and Spirit art (a drawing that is made of a deceased loved
one). It does not matter what your experience is in this field; there will always be a group
that suits you!
During this week you will be working with your mediumship in a very practical way.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner in your development of mediumship or if you have
already attended more courses in mediumship. There will be several groups where you
work on your private sitting skills and on your demonstrating qualities. You will be placed
in a group suitable to your experience.
There is also an opportunity to be placed in a group which covers mediumistic healing in
different altered states of consciousness.
Another possibility is to be in a group about colours, the aura and working with your
psychic faculty using different tools. Of course you will be able to watch all the tutors
work in demonstrations, tutorials and lectures; and if you want you can book private
sittings with a tutor during the week. A great exciting team of tutors and mediums; some
of the best in the field of mediumship!
In deze training specialiseer je je in het vergroten en ontdekken van je bewustzijn in het
werken met kleur in de aura. Je leert een aura te lezen op fysiek, mentaal, emotioneel en
spiritueel niveau. Door de bewustwording van kleur ontdek je hoe kleur ons beïnvloedt
in ons dagelijks leven, door de kleding die we dragen en de kleuren die we in huis
gebruiken. We laten zien hoe je kleur op een positieve manier kunt gaan gebruiken in je
leven.
Er zullen meerdere groepen zijn dit weekend. Enkele van deze groepen richten zich
vooral op kleur, aura en de ziel en er zal een groep zijn die meer gericht is op creatieve
expressie. In alle groepen zal er speciale aandacht zijn voor bewustwording van jouw
gidsen en wat ze voor je kunnen betekenen, zonder jezelf daarin te verliezen. Iedereen
heeft de potentie om bewust te zijn en te worden van de aura en de kleuren. Wanneer
je meer inzicht en handvatten krijgt aangereikt in dit weekend met betrekking tot de
betekenis van kleur en het gebruik van je intuïtie hierin, zul je in staat zijn de energie van
een persoon tot in detail te lezen. Er zijn dit weekend privé consulten te boeken (zit niet
bij de prijs in) bij één van de docenten. Tevens kan er tijdens de consulten gebruik
gemaakt worden van aurafotografie en tekeningen van overleden dierbaren, getekend
door één van de docenten. Er zal de zaterdagavond een demonstratieavond zijn, waarbij
ook de combinatie gemaakt wordt van mediumschap en Spirit art (een tekening die
wordt gemaakt van een overleden dierbare). Het maakt niet uit wat je ervaring is op dit
gebied, er zal altijd een groep zijn die bij je past!
Tijdens deze week werk je op een zeer praktische manier aan de ontwikkeling van je
mediumschap.
Het maakt niet uit of je een beginner bent in je ontwikkeling van het mediumschap of
dat je al meer cursussen in mediumschap hebt bijgewoond. Er zullen verschillende
groepen zijn, waarin je werkt aan je vaardigheden om privé consulten en demonstraties
te kunnen geven. Je wordt in een groep geplaatst die aansluit op jouw ervaringsniveau
en behoefte.
Er is ook een groep waarin de focus ligt op spirituele healing en verschillende staten van
bewustzijn. Een andere mogelijkheid is om in een groep te werken waarin de kleuren, de
aura en het werken met jouw intuïtieve/psychic vermogen centraal staat.
Natuurlijk zul je ook kunnen kijken naar alle docenten bij hun werk in demonstraties,
tutorials en lezingen. Desgewenst kun je een privé consult boeken bij één van de
mediums.
Dit alles begeleid door een geweldig inspirerend team van docenten en mediums, die je
het beste op het gebied van mediumschap brengen!

German Speaking: House of Spirit
International Week
Especially for this week Paul Jacobs has written a personal invitation: “This is a new
German speaking training week. The ‘House of Spirits’ is my present teaching centre in
Hannover - Germany. I believe that students from all over the world who are being taught,
or wish to be taught, in the field of mediumship can profit from a training given by teachers from the famous Arthur Findlay College. A wonderful training with a good atmosphere and energy that has been built up over the years. From the very beginning
the high quality of the teachers and the mediums has been greatly valued.
This week the focus will be on intuitive and mediumistic development for inexperienced
as well as intermediate and experienced participants. There will also be a group focused
on trance healing. Lessons will be given in small groups and there will be a lot of practical
work. Each group will comprise of a maximum of 12 participants, so that a lot of personal
attention can be guaranteed. Lectures and demonstrations, for the group as a whole, will
take place in the charming chapel in De Zwanenhof. I am looking forward to seeing old
acquaintances and to getting to know new participants”.
Especially for the international participants there is the possibility to book for a pick-up service
from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.
Psychic and Mediumistic Development & Spiritual and Mystic Elements with Paul Jacobs
and Mavis Pittilla. An international week for English speaking participants from all over
the world. There will be groups for beginners, intermediates and experienced participants.
Paul’s work over many years in teaching has focused in encouraging and helping the next
generation of mediums and teachers. He believes that it is necessary to work hard for the
future of mediumship by supporting everyone who shows mediumistic potential,
providing them with a good and strong basis upon which they can further develop
their skills.

own mediumistic potential, to bring the best out of you and to encourage you to aim to
become the best that you can be.
Paul Jacobs lädt zu den o. g. Terminen persönlich ein: In meinem derzeitigen Seminarcentrum „House of Spirit“ in Hannover/Deutschland biete ich zu den o.g. Terminen
eine neue deutschsprachige Seminar-/Traningswoche an. Ich bin überzeugt, dass
Interessierte auf dem Gebiet der Medialität und diejenigen, die in der Medialität
geschult werden möchten, sehr von den Kursen der Dozenten der Arthur Findlay College
profitieren werden. Das eindrucksvolle Training findet in einer angenehmen und
energiereichen Atmosphäre statt, die sich seit Jahren gebildet hat. Von Beginn an
wird großen Wert auf die gute Qualität der Dozenten sowie die des Mediums gelegt.
Während der Seminarwoche liegt der Schwerpunkt sowohl auf der intuitiven und meditativen Entwicklung der Teilnehmer ohne oder mit wenig Erfahrung als auch auf der
Weiterentwicklung der fortgeschrittenen Teilnehmer. Zudem wird es eine
Schulungsgruppe auf dem Gebiet des Trance Healing geben. Die Schulung wird in
kleinen Gruppen mit max. 12 Personen angeboten und beinhaltet viele Übungen. Nur so
können wir eine persönliche und individuelle Betreuung garantieren. Die Lesungen und
Demonstrationen werden in einer großen Gruppe stattfinden – in der stimmungsvollen
Kapelle Der „Zwanenhof“.
Ich freue mich bereits jetzt bekannte Gesichter wieder zu sehen und neue Teilnehmer
kennen zu lernen.

Spiritual philosophy is a rich and diverse system of thoughts that is intimately
connected to mediumistic phenomena. It enables us to ask fundamental questions
about the nature of the universe and ourselves: what is the nature of the soul? What
is it to have a meaningful life? Does the human soul survive physical death? Does the
universe have any unity or purpose? These questions are important because by thinking
about them in a critical way we can better understand who we are; which helps us to lead
more spiritual, sensitive and richer lives.
This five-day course will explore such questions, and it will place mediumship at the
centre of spiritual philosophy. By doing so, this course will encourage you to challenge
and examine your own worldview and your own life. It will attempt to teach you how to
critically approach philosophical questions and to show you how spiritual philosophy
can enrich your life; and, by exploring different mediumistic and spiritual practices, the
course will emphasise how personal and spiritual experiences can shape and deepen our
philosophical thoughts.
Being philosophical does not mean that you have to be an academic, or an intellectual.
The course will focus on exploring philosophy through practical exercises and group
discussions that will be suitable for all levels of experience; enthusiasm and a willingness
to express and share your ideas with other people are the only things you will need to
have a thought provoking, challenging and spiritually enriching week.
Each day will start with a short talk that will introduce a core philosophical idea, and
the rest of the day will be devoted to exploring these ideas through practical exercises,
discussion groups and mediumistic practices. All of this will be done in a relaxed and safe
environment that will give you the confidence to explore your spiritual-self, express your
own opinions and ideas, and question other people’s ideas in an open and relaxed way.
We look forward to helping you explore spiritual philosophy, and we know this will be a
fun, interesting and engaging week that will aid not only in your mediumistic and spiritual
unfoldment, but also in the way in which you view the world. Indeed, we hope this week
opens your mind up to new ideas and subjects that help you to explore your own

het middelpunt van spirituele filosofie plaatsen. Zodoende zal deze cursus je aanmoedigen en je uitdagen je eigen wereldbeeld en je eigen leven te onderzoeken. Het zal
proberen je te leren hoe je kritisch filosofische vragen kunt benaderen en je laten ervaren
hoe spirituele filosofie je leven kan verrijken. Door het verkennen van verschillende
mediamieke en spirituele praktijken, zal de cursus benadrukken hoe persoonlijke en
spirituele ervaringen onze filosofische gedachten kunnen vormgeven en verdiepen.
Filosofisch zijn betekent niet dat je academisch of intellectueel moet zijn. De cursus
richt zich op het verkennen van de filosofie door middel van praktische oefeningen en
groepsdiscussies die geschikt zijn voor alle niveaus van ervaring. Enthousiasme en een
bereidheid om je ideeën te uiten en te delen met andere mensen zijn de enige dingen
die je nodig hebt om een intrigerende, uitdagende en spiritueel verrijkende week te
hebben.
Elke dag zal beginnen met een korte presentatie die een kern filosofisch idee zal introduceren. De rest van de dag zal worden besteed aan het verkennen van deze ideeën door

Finish Week
Working with creativity, each student will be helped to discover and develop their latent
artistic abilities as a pathway to linking with Spirit. Whether you usually work with your
sensitivity, your psychic ability, or with mediumship, it is important to understand the
differences in order to help others.
We will work with colour and the magnetic energy field known as the aura, and teach you
a practical method of giving accurate and detailed personal readings with auragrams.
You will be shown how to link with the Spirit Guides that work with you, and be helped to
understand how naturally they communicate if only we learn how to listen.
We can teach you how to draw portraits that show personality, using pencils, pastels and
other art materials.
Each student will be given the opportunity to draw in an altered state of consciousness
or light trance state. Strengthening your connections to Spirit in these ways can all help
with your mediumistic development and potentially can help to re-sensitize your
clairsentience, enhance your clairvoyance and turn the volume up on your clairaudience.
This course is suitable for beginners, intermediates and the more experienced students.
The only non-negotiable requirements are a sense of humour and the willingness to share
and care.
Both Lynn and Su are highly acclaimed international Spiritual Artists and have many years
of teaching experience at the highest level and look forward to working with you.
Another Finnish week of psychic and mediumistic development will be organized at
the Zwanenhof. This year, there will be organized a varied and unique training program
whereby many aspects of mediumship can be practiced, including the creative aspect for
those who are interested in this part. All mediums and teachers work on a high quality
international level and most of them have been working at the famous Arthur Findlay
College in Stansted.
This course is for those who are interested in spirituality and who would like to discover
and/or develop their mediumship in a responsible way. During the week, a variety of
subjects in the area of mediumship and psychic art will be presented. The program is
suitable for students of every level of development. This week is not only for students who
want to develop and/or explore their psychic and mediumistic gifts, but also for those
who want to explore their creative side within their mediumship.
In addition to following the course in your own group, there is also the possibility to
follow lessons in the form of lectures and tutorials. There will be a lot of personal
attention in the groups. It does not matter if you are a beginner or more advanced
medium: this week will help you to strengthen your spiritual talent and to stretch yourself.
A demonstration of mediumship with psychic art will be part of the program. There are
possibilities to book a private sitting with one of the tutors. (not included).

Trance is the most misunderstood discipline with mental mediumship. For years it has
been shrouded in mystery, and therefore open to fraud. This week we want to remove the
mystery, to explain more fully the relationship between the medium and Spirit. How does

Join us on this exciting week of deepening and exploring the ‘Voice of the Soul’.
Please note: Students who enrol on this course must be able to demonstrate a reasonable
evidential communication from the Spirit World in private sittings and/or public demonstration. Applicants must already possess a basic understanding of the nature of altered
states of consciousness and Spirit Control; have experience in the discipline of the altered
states and be able to attain a reasonable degree of controlled altered states of
consciousness.

Would you like to spend a day getting to know the many aspects of mediumship and
healing? That is possible. On the 29th and 30st of August there are open mediumship
days at De Zwanenhof. Eighteen mediums, a lot of them teachers from the Arthur Findlay
College in Stansted, will be providing an ongoing program with demonstrations, healings,
lectures and private consultations. All of this will take place in the beautiful old chapel
and the charming chambers of De Zwanenhof. An ideal opportunity to get acquainted
with mediumship as well as with the mediums!!!
For an entrance fee of 25,- you can attend demonstrations, throughout the day, during
which contact will be made with loved ones who have passed on. During the lectures
you can find out more about different aspects of mediumship. Healings will be available
continuously. Would you like to deepen your knowledge further at home? Then you can
visit our Book store which has books on mediumship and meditation CD’s to help you
to immerse in the subject matter and to develop further. There is extensive information
on the courses and the training possibilities in the field of mediumistic and intuitive
development.
Extra’s
You can book a private consultation with a medium if you wish. This cost’s 35,- for a 20
minute sitting or reading. It cost’s 45,- for a sitting during which your aura photo is read.
It cost’s 50,- for a (30 minute) sitting during which a drawing is made of a diseased lovedone (psychic art). The sittings can only be booked on the day, on the spot - full is full.
There are a few Dutch speaking mediums available for the private consultations. The rest
of the program is mainly in English.
If you have come a long distance you can spend a night here on Friday or Saturday. You
can also book yourself in for a lunch on Saturday or Sunday or for a dinner on Friday or
Saturday. In the beautiful monastery gardens there will be a booth where you can obtain
delicious snacks throughout the day.
In short, a day to potter around in the charming surroundings of De Zwanenhof and to
discover many of the things which mediumship has to offer.

Extra’s
Wanneer je dat wenst kun je je inschrijven voor een privéconsult bij een medium. Dit
kost 35,- euro voor een sitting of een reading van 20 minuten. Een sitting waarbij jouw
aurafoto wordt gelezen is 45,-. Een sitting waarbij een tekening wordt gemaakt van een
overleden dierbare (psychic art) kost 50,- euro (30 minuten). De sittings kunnen alleen
ter plekke worden geboekt. Vol is vol.
Er zijn enkele Nederlandstalige mediums aanwezig voor de privéconsulten. Verder is het
programma grotendeels in het Engels.
Kom je van ver dan kun je de vrijdagavond of de zaterdagavond overnachten. Ook kun

A week especially intended for students at the Dutch Academy for Mediumship and for
those who have completed the 3 year Mediumship Course. Those who have followed a
course elsewhere for several years and would like to participate will also be taken into
consideration.
During this week you will be trained to improve the quality of your private sessions and
your public demonstrations. Attention will also be paid to public speaking as this is an
important element in mediumship. During this week Mavis Pittilla will provide a master
class for students who have graduated from the Academy for Mediumship.

Questo sarà il primo CORSO ITALIANO che si terrà presso lo Zwanenhof,organizzato da
Paul Jacobs con la cooperazione di Luca ed Enrica. Paul è uno degli organizzatori che ha
dato vita alla Settimana Italiana all’Arthur Findlay College nei primi anni ‘90.
Abbiamo convocato un gruppo di splendidi insegnanti scelti tra i migliori Medium del
Movimento Spiritualista.
In questo Corso sono previste molte sessioni di Gruppo (ogni Gruppo
sarà formato da 12 studenti). Ci sarà un Gruppo dedicato alla Trance, che esplorerà la
Guarigione in Trance e la Trance Parlata.
I Gruppi che si occuperanno di lavoro Psichico e Medianico saranno proposti per diversi
livelli di esperienza: principianti, intermedi e avanzati. Ci sarà anche un Gruppo Creativo
che utilizzerà Strumenti Psichici e Medianici. Vi saranno offerte inoltre, Conferenze e Sessioni Esperienziali, Dimostrazioni di medianità e Sedute Private.
Abbiamo deciso di lavorare in piccoli Gruppi per poter riservare a ciascuno studente una
attenzione personalizzata.

Pourquoi ne pas nous joindre à ce nouveau lieu aux Pays Bas pour ce cours
passionnante en langue française? Paul Jacobs a été très actif dans une grande partie des
Semaines Françaises organisées au Collège Arthur Findlay au Royaume-Uni. Durant 17
ans, il a été le visage dans les Semaines Françaises et depuis de nombreuses années, il
travaille en Suisse Romande.
Le nouveau lieu est un ancien monastère aux Pays-Bas, entouré de beaux jardins, qui
s’appelle Zwanenhof (cour de cygnes). Nous pourrons vous proposer de nombreuses
chambres simples, doubles et en suite.
L’équipe de médiums et d’instructeurs sont les plus remarquables du monde. Toute
l’équipe d’enseignants vient du Collège Arthur Findlay.
Beaucoup d’entre vous connaissent déjà Su Wood, une artiste spirituelle qui prendra un
groupe créatif. Andy Byng est un excellent médium également dans la philosophie de
l’esprit. Sa connaissance est exceptionnelle et partagée dans une présentation

Intensive intuitive and mediumistic development
Belgian Week
Have you always had the feeling that there is more? Do you sometimes feel things that
are not there or that cannot be explained logically? Everyone has intuition - the one more
developed than the other. During this intensive course everyone can work at their own
level, according to their own knowledge and abilities.
Beginners can become acquainted with mediumship and with working on their own
intuition in a safe environment. The more advanced participants will be able to expand
their mediumistic skills under the experienced guidance of the Arthur Findlay College
teachers.
The training program is a variety of lectures, demonstrations and meditations in the
beautiful chapel in De Zwanenhof. In addition there will be work in smaller teaching
groups, whereby one of the groups will pay special attention to mediumistic healing.
We invite you to join us on this course specially organised for Belgian students.
During the course there will be meditation, lectures, tutorials, group work and demonstrations.
The group lessons will consist of practical work and excercises in developing your intuition, psychic awareness, color, aura, spiritual healing and spirit contacts.
José will give her group lessons in the Dutch language; Paul and Chris will give theirs in
English. There will be someone to assist with translation if any of you have a difficulty
with the language. You will also be able to book a private reading with the team of

Demonstrating Mediumship
This weekend is intended in particular for those who are interested in spirituality and
who would like to discover and/or develop their mediumship in a responsible way. The
program is geared towards every level and is therefore appropriate for both beginners and
advanced mediumship students. In addition to following the course in your own group
there is also the possibility to follow combination lessons in the form of tutorials or lectures. There will be an abundance of personal attention in the groups. It does not matter if
you are a beginner or an advanced medium; this weekend will help you to strengthen your
spiritual talent and to stretch yourself.
There will also be a special group for those who are interested in ‘mediumistic healing’
and a separate group for those who are looking for a combination of mediumship and
healing.
This course is for those already working as Demonstrating Mediums or for those who are
planning on making the next step to working publicly.
Course organizer Chris Drew has over 30 years of experience within the entertainment
profession and now uses his wealth of experience to help students to improve their own
presentation skill within a public demonstrating environment. He is joined by Andy Byng
and Lynn Probert, two of the UK’s finest working mediums, who also have years of
experience in demonstrating their mediumship in public, as well as teaching.
Presenting mediumship professionally and effectively is vital, as it ensures that your work
has the upmost impact and helps you to establish a confidence and rapport with your
audience, which therefore helps enormously in creating a good energy in which to work.
The course will look at different demonstration styles - going direct to your recipient, and
opening the contact out to the whole audience - and students will have the opportunity to
practice how to use both styles, and when each style should be used.
We will also look at more general presentation skills: voice projection, how to use the
voice effectively, body language, how to present oneself in a more positive and
confident manner, and most importantly how to bring your own ‘individuality’ into
your mediumship.
We shall look at your mediumship in general, make practical assessments of your
evidence and give you constructive criticism to help you move forward. We shall also
look at ways of improving your evidence and of building closer and more solid contacts,
aiming to make your mediumship step up to a higher level.
Practice demonstrations will be organized to give students the chance to practice what
they have learned in front of an audience. Chris, Andy and Lynn will be there to help and
guide you throughout the demonstrations.
This course will be fun but hardworking, and is aimed at those who really want to improve
their demonstrating skills, aiming for high standards within their public demonstrating.
Dit weekend is met name bedoeld voor mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in spiritualiteit
en die hun mediumschap op een verantwoorde manier willen ontwikkelen en/of ontdekken. Het programma wordt toegespitst op ieders niveau en is dus geschikt voor zowel

De organisatie van deze cursus is in handen van Chris Drew die meer dan 30 jaar ervaring heeft binnen de entertainment branche en hij maakt nu gebruik van zijn schat aan
ervaring om studenten te helpen om hun eigen presentatievaardigheden te verbeteren.
Hij wordt vergezeld door Andy Byng en Lynn Probert, twee van de UK’s beste mediums,
die ook jarenlange ervaring hebben in het demonstreren van hun mediumschap in het
openbaar, evenals in het lesgeven.
Het presenteren van professioneel en effectief mediumschap is van vitaal belang,
want het zorgt ervoor dat je werk de grootst mogelijke impact heeft en helpt je om een

je mediumschap kunt brengen.
We zullen kijken naar jouw mediumschap in het algemeen, geven praktische punten
t.a.v. jouw bewijs en geven je opbouwende kritiek om je te helpen vooruit te komen. We
zullen ook kijken naar mogelijkheden tot verbetering van jouw bewijs en naar het opbouwen van nauwere en meer solide contacten. Alles is erop gericht jouw mediumschap
naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
Alle studenten krijgen de kans om voor publiek te demonstreren en zo te oefenen wat

Have you already taken one or more courses and would you like to develop yourself
further? This course is designed to deepen and broaden your spiritual process. You will
be given the opportunity to choose to work in a group which is focused on further
development in the psychic/intuitive area, or a group which is focused on communication
with the Spirit world. There are also groups which focus on a combination of both these
aspects.
During this course a new group will also be formed; in this group the focus will be on
healing mediumship, meditation and the perception and unification of your guides.
You can book private consultations (not included in the price) with one of the teachers
during this weekend. The course encompasses a variation of lessons and work in small
groups, with lectures and demonstrations.

Trance and physical
A team of teachers and mediums, all of whom have many years of experience and are
associates of the Arthur Findlay College, has been put together for this wonderful course.
Due to the intensity of the program the groups will be no bigger than 12 students each.
The dominant focus is on trance healing and trance speaking. There are separate groups
for each of these aspects and there will also be a combination group. During this course
we will also be giving insight into the various forms of physical mediumship. The teachers
have been selected based on their knowledge in this field. David Thompson, trance and
physical medium, is one of the teaching team and he will conduct an experimental séance
physical mediumship during this special course. Throughout the week there will be a lot
of work in groups and a daily lecture or group-lesson. The team will give both a trance
and a mediumship demonstration which can be followed by the students and also by
people who are not taking part in the course.
You can also book private consultations (not included in the price) with one of the
teachers during this week.
A certain amount of experience in development is necessary to participate in this course,
but not necessarily in trance.

The booking is final when you receive confirmation of the booking;
After confirmation you will receive an invoice for the initial deposit of € 100,-;
In any event the initial deposit must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the invoice;
The remaining payment must be completed no later than 4 weeks before the booked course begins;
It is possible to choose cancellation insurance on booking. This costs 6% of the total
participation price. The course can then be cancelled at will and only the initial deposit remains due;
Approximately two weeks before the course commences you will receive additional information about the
training, with a route map for cars and public transport;
There is more than enough free parking on the premises;
Transport from Borne train station can be requested (€ 4,- one way);
Transport from the airport Schiphol (Amsterdam) can be requested (€ 35,- one way);
All courses start at 16:30. You are welcome to check into your room from 14.00;
The courseorganisers will be in the ‘Tuinzaal’ from 14.00 to 16.00 and, after a short personal interview, they
will designate you to the group which best suits your level and interest;
All courses end on the last day at 16.00;
All prices are in euro.

De Zwanenhof is een huis met een warme welkome sfeer,
waar je rust en ruimte ervaart. Het huis is omgeven door
een mooie en serene kloostertuin waarin bos, water en
mooie sfeervolle plekjes elkaar afwisselen.
Het ligt in het prachtige Twentse Coulisselandschap,
dicht bij de uitvalswegen en is
goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

Na aanmelding ontvang je een factuur;
De aanmelding is definitief wanneer je een bevestiging van de aanmelding hebt ontvangen;
Na bevestiging ontvang je een factuur voor de aanbetaling van € 100,- . De betaling moet in ieder geval
binnen 2 weken na ontvangst van de factuur zijn voldaan;
Het restantbedrag moet uiterlijk 4 weken voor aanvang van de geboekte activiteit zijn voldaan;
Het is mogelijk bij aanmelding een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. De kosten zijn 6% van de totale
deelnameprijs. De activiteit kan dan te allen tijde worden geannuleerd, waarbij dan alleen de aanbetaling
verschuldigd blijft;
Ongeveer twee weken voor aanvang van het programma ontvang je nadere informatie over de training
met een routebeschrijving met auto en openbaar vervoer;
Er is ruim voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid;
Vervoer vanaf treinstation Borne kan worden aangevraagd (€ 4,- enkele reis);
Vervoer vanaf het vliegveld Schiphol (Amsterdam) kan door internationale deelnemers (tegen betaling)
minimaal twee weken voor aanvang worden aangevraagd (€ 35,- enkele reis);
Alle trainingen starten om 16.30 uur. Je bent welkom vanaf 14.00 uur om in te checken in je kamer.
Tussen 14.00 en 16.00 uur zitten de coördinerende trainers in de Tuinzaal om je na een kort persoonlijk
gesprek in te delen in de groep die past bij je niveau en interesse;
Alle trainingen eindigen op de laatste dag om 16.00 uur;
Alle prijzen zijn in euro’s.
