OVERVIEW
GWC challenges
• WESCO Pittsburgh – a fully-serviced lease makes the following a challenge:
− Calculating our baseline environmental performance
− payback for sustainability investments
• WESCO Warrendale – suburban campus makes travel-related items a challenge.
• WESCO facilities looking to overcome these challenges by:
− Voluntary mapping of commutes to present carpool options
− Using meters and estimates to refine baselines and model savings
− Continuing to identify opportunities through system commissioning
− Working with our landlord on “win-win” solutions that will help the whole
building be more sustainable
