Rules
Participating Companies:
Each organization is required to appoint a Team Manager and a Team captain for their
contingent to represent the interests of their team as well as to interact with the organizers on
issues concerning the event RED. Their names and contact details (mobile no and email id)
are to be informed to the organizers as soon as it is finalized.
Each participant is required to be a serving employee of the company at least for a
minimum of 1 month and he/she must carry an official Id-card that should be produced on
request.
Every organization will be represented by their own Mascot who will project the right
energy and positivity of the organization.
Organizations teams are required to report on time for the event.
Each organization is encouraged to send a contingent of their employees and families to
cheer and support their team at the event.

Rules
Common Event Rules:
1) No spot entries are permitted.
2) The organizing committee reserves the right to reject an entry.
3) Protest if any should be lodged within 15 minutes of the official declaration of the results of the related
event and should accompany protest fee of Rs. 2500/-. The protest fee is non refundable. The protest letter
should be signed by the Manager and Captain.
4) The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the flow of events; and in case of any change, it will
be communicated to the team managers / Captains.
5) All the participants / teams that do not report at the designated time will forfeit their chance to participate.
7) No request for alteration of the order of events will be entertained.
8) Trophies will be awarded to the teams for the Best Fair Play, Best Dressed, Best Participation, Best
Mascot and Best Cheering Team.
9) The organizing committee's decision will be final on all matters not specifically covered by the rules
mentioned here.

ON YOUR TOES - Choreography:
Prelims:
•Timing given for preliminary round is 4 minutes from set up to finish.
•All other rules are as in the finals.
Finals
Dance style can be Indian, Western or fusion.
Conform to the theme. (Colours)
Music needs to be in CD/pen drive to be played through the audio system.
Minimum of 6 and maximum of 15 members per team.
Harmful props/vulgarity can lead to disqualification
Timing given for the dance is 6 minutes from set up to finish.

Conforming to the theme which is ‘Colours’

RHYTHMS – Music Band:
Prelims:
•Timing given for preliminary round is 4 minutes from set up to finish.
•All other rules are as in the finals.
Finals
•Min of 4 members and a maximum of 15 members per team
•Can play own composition or others
•Basic instruments will be provided and any extras required will have to be brought by the team.
•Obscenity/ vulgarity will lead to disqualification
•All teams are expected to give tech riders 10 days before the competition failing which basic
technical facilities will be provided.
•Timing given is 6 minutes from set up to finish.
Judging criteria:
•Connecting with the theme which is ‘Colours’
•Talent
•Choice of Songs (Including own composition)
•Energy
•Audience appeal

OUT OF THE BOX - AdZap:
Prelims and Finals:
•4 -8 members in a team
•Product name will be given half an hour before the event
•Negative marks for extra time
•Vulgarity or offensive terms may lead to disqualification.
•Time given is 3 minutes for the total performance.
•A warning bell will be rung after 2.5 minutes to intimate the team about the time limit.
•Props and background music is allowed.

Prelims:
•Timing given for preliminary round is 2 mins for set up and 3 mins for the performance.
•All other rules are as in the finals
Finals
•Any kind of performance is allowed
•Minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 members per team.
•Participants can perform a variety of activities within the allotted time.
•Harmful props can lead to disqualification
•Negative marks will be allotted for extra time taken.
•Music to be carried on CDs or pen drives. One person to handle the same.
•No vulgarity or obscenity is allowed.
•Time given is 2 mins for set up and 5 minutes from start to finish.

Prelims:
•The preliminary round will involve a written test only.
•Quiz master’s decision will be final and binding
Finals:
•3 members per team.
•Participants will have to go through varied rounds which include audio and video clues.
•Timing and marking will be as per quiz master’s instructions.
•Quiz masters decision will be final and binding

SHUTTER BUG– Photography:
•Any number of entries from a Company
•Each entry of `5000/- allows up to 5 participants of that Company to send entries
•One participant can send in up to 5 photographs each
Photograph requirements
Photographs must be in digital format
Only online entries will be eligible
No print or film submissions will be allowed an entry into this contest
Photographs need not be taken with a digital camera, scans of negatives, transparencies or photographic prints are acceptable.
All digital files must be not more than 5 megabytes in size and high resolution images should be available on request.
Photographs should have been taken within one year of date of entry and should not have won any award previously.
Only minor burning, dodging and/or colour correction is acceptable as is cropping.
High dynamic range images (hdr) and stitched panoramas are not acceptable.
Photo captions must accompany all submissions and should include the subject of the image, the location the image was taken and
the name of the photographer.
Any changes to the original photograph not itemised in this list are unacceptable and will render the photograph ineligible
While photographing the work of others it must be as an object in its environment and not a full frame close up of another person’s
art and should not constitute copyright infringement or fraud.
The photograph in its entirety must be a single work of original material taken by the contest entrant.
The photograph must not, in the discretion of the sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise
inappropriate content.

BEST FAIR PLAY:
•All teams are eligible to compete for the best fair play award.
•Teams who have not flouted any of the rules are eligible to win.

CHEERING TEAM:
•Each company that is competing for the best cheering team award should be dressed in their
company colours
•Each team should bring their own paraphernalia to assist in their cheering efforts
•Jeering, obscenity or distraction of competing participants is not allowed and may attract penalty
points
•The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
BEST DRESSED:
•Each company that is competing for the best team colours award should be dressed in their
company colours
•Dress design and colours will all be taken into account
•Maximum compliance from all participants is rewarded too.
•The judge’s decision will be final and binding.

BEST PARTICIPATION:
•Each organization is required to give their 100%.
•Teams that would be considered in this category are teams that have taken part in all events,
including the side events like cheering, colours etc, and who have given it their best shot.
•The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
BEST MASCOT:
•Teams that have a mascot to accompany them representing the company in some fashion are eligible
for this competition.
•The mascot has to be an energetic, vibrant individual who makes the audience sit up and notice
him/her
•The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
BEST INSTRUMENTALIST:
•The male/female instrumentalist who makes his/her presence felt during the musical performance.
•The judge’s decision will be final and binding
BEST SINGER MALE:
•The male singer in the troupe who makes a mark with his singing abilities.
•The judge’s decision will be final and binding

Registration Guidelines
•Entries have to be only from Corporate Employees. Bonafides and IDs are subject to check
•The official RED company registration form that is provided has to be filled in completely along
with the authorized signatory’s seal and signature for a valid entry into the event.
•The Red participants are requested to submit the names list along with the company registration
form. This is for security reasons, all are requested to adhere to these guidelines.
•Last date for registration is one week prior to the event.

Participation Guidelines:
• Participants will be provided with Competition Entry Sheets (CES) by their respective coordinators,
when they reach the venue. These sheets have to be completely filled to gain entry in the competition.
For every competition, the participant will fill one Competition Entry Sheet
• Participants need to report to the competition venue 15 min prior to the scheduled time
• Companies taking part in more than one competition need to make sure that the time of the
competitions do not clash Competitions Topics, when applicable, will be announced before the
competition begins at the venue
• Eatables are STRICTLY not allowed within the auditorium premises, they should be consumed
outside the auditorium only
• Vulgarity / Indiscipline / Malpractice of any sort will lead to disqualification of the Team/Company
• Each competition may have its additional rules and guidelines which the participants must adhere to

General Guidelines:
• Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any property caused due to any
untoward incidents during the event. However, the organizers will ensure that adequate safety measures
are taken to avoid any such incidents
• If any consolation prizes are announced for the competitions, only certificates will be awarded to
those winners
• No others apart from the participants will be allowed to assist participants / play instruments
/participate in any manner during the competition
• Participants are requested not to carry any expensive articles to the venue
•Organizers reserve the right to cancel competitions, due to time constraints and any unforeseen
circumstances (if any)
• Negative marks will be allotted for extra time taken.
• Music to be carried on CDs or pen drives.
• Any damage caused by the participants due to unruly behavior has to be borne by the company.

TGIF? What is that??!!
Thank God it’s FUN Day is an initiative to engage RED participant
company employees in a short, energetic interaction at their work
place.
The activities are fun, and done engaging them with the draw of
winning vouchers while having fun at work, which can be redeemed
towards competition entry fees.
It gives a platform to create awareness about the event and to help
companies identify talents amongst the employees
