Innovation – What is it ? Why we need it?
Innovation – What is it ?
The creation of new ideas/processes which will lead to change in an enterprise’s economic or
social potential [P. Drucker, ‘The Discipline of Innovation’, Harvard Business Review, Nov-Dec, 1998, 149].
Why we need innovation ?
If a company does not continue
to introduce new products
periodically, or at least
significant improvements on
existing
Company will eventually be on a
“going out of business” curve.
