Objectives:
•This survey is conducted to gather feedbacks concerning services in
relation to application for Export and Import Licenses in complying with
the requirement of ISO 9001:2008.
Purposes:
•To help STIDC to improve and enhance the quality of services for
customer’s satisfaction.
•To help DNT to improve and enhance the quality of system services for
customer’s satisfaction.
