The I EEE R10 consists of 57 Sections, 6 Councils, 21 Sub-sections, 583 student branches and over 500 Chapters. With a membership of 73,000, it is one of the largest regions in the I EEE. TEN CON , held annually since 1980, provides an important forum for researchers and engineers from industr y, and professors and graduate students from the academia to network and to discuss new ideas and development in emerging areas of electrical and electronic engineering, computers science and related topics. Prospective authors are invit ed to submit original technical papers for presentation at the c onference and publication in the conference proceedings.
