Joep van Loon (December 1966)
Director Services Arrow Value Recovery EMEA (legacy
Flection)
Joep served as director and co-owner of Flection Group from
1998 until 2011. Flection is a leading provider of IT asset
disposition services in Europe with 6 processing facilities.
Flection, specialized in retiring and remarketing of electronic
assets, was acquired by Arrow Electronics in 2011.
Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 150 company, manages one of the
most complex supply chains in forward electronics distribution
and has placed significant investment and focus on the reverse
and end-of-life requirements for all types of electronic devices.
Flection is now part of the Arrow Value Recovery group
Prior joining Flection, Joep spent six years at Waste
Management Inc.(a worldwide environmental waste collection
& treatment company) serving in different roles
Joep holds a bachelor’s degree in business information from de
“Hoge School of Utrecht” and also completed a post-doctorate
study in accounting and EDP auditing at the VU University.
