The Azure in Open SKU facilitates activation anywhere around the world. Regardless of the currency used, the customer receives the same amount of Azure Service credits. A currency- denominated SKU would result in failed activation in countries that don’t support that currency and lead to non-compliance with EU/EFTA laws. There is no minimum threshold required for OLP & OV non-org For OV Organization Wide & OVS, customer needs to have OV/OVS agreement and meet the minimum desktop count to place an order for Azure.
